In this key role, you will lead and develop a highly motivated sales team with a focus on our international customers, drive its growth, and set new standards in inside sales through your excellent English skills and strong sales expertise

Your Future Role

  • Management, establishment and further development of the Inside Sales team
  • Analyzing the team's sales performance based on KPIs and deriving measures for continuous improvement
  • Creating and preparing offers for international customers
  • Identifying and acquiring new international customers
  • Conducting contract negotiations - digitally and in person, with a focus on the English language
  • Ensuring the smooth processing of contracts and orders

What Your Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or commercial training as an industrial clerk, office management clerk (m/f/x) or similar qualification
  • Professional experience in internal or external sales, customer service or as a sales manager (m/f/x) desirable
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams, ideally in a sales environment desirable
  • Strong communication skills and independent working style
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics, Salesforce and / or SAP desirable
