Are you ready for an exciting professional challenge? Would you like to work in a dynamic environment in which you can optimally contribute and further develop your legal knowledge? Then we are looking for you as a Legal Counsel / Business lawyer in the field of law and compliance (m/f/x)! 

 

Together with our three-person legal team, you will play a key role in providing legal support for our international business. You can expect a wide range of tasks in various areas of law – from contract drafting and compliance to project-related issues. You will work closely with various departments and develop pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.

 

Your Future Role

  • Independent handling of complex legal issues with a focus on contract and commercial law
  • Advising and supporting our business divisions and subsidiaries in the UK and abroad
  • Close cooperation with management and other departments such as purchasing, sales and product management
  • Creation and continuous adaptation of contract templates and guidelines to current legal requirements
  • High level of personal responsibility and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex structures and take on responsibility for challenging topics

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed degree in business law (LL.M.) or law (2nd state examination in law)
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the legal department of a company or a law firm specialising in business law, ideally with an international focus
  • Willingness to familiarise yourself with a wide range of legal areas and to independently explore new topics
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Analytical mindset, high level of personal responsibility, ability to work in a team and strong communication skill
