Are you interested in organising and designing training and personnel development measures and do you enjoy motivating others and getting them excited about new technologies? Then we should talk! We are looking for a results-orientated trainer / personnel developer (m/f/x) for our learning & talent development department who will make our employees (m/f/x) fit in terms of technology!

Your Future Role

  • Organisation and implementation of user training courses, both face-to-face and online
  • Training management and development of targeted training concepts, particularly for the introduction of new IT applications.
  • Setting up training scenarios in the various test environments of our company applications (ERP/DMS/Apps)
  • Creation and maintenance of training documents and knowledge entries in collaboration with our specialist departments (e.g. digital manuals and hand-outs, eLearnings, videos, etc.)
  • Planning and implementation of onboarding training courses
  • Further development of current training formats and existing training tools

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed studies in the fields of education or business informatics, training in business administration, IT or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a trainer with sound knowledge in basic user training and in the design of technical course material
  • Further training or additional qualifications, e.g. in the areas of training design, presentation techniques and e-learning desirable
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills, as well as enjoyment and motivation in conducting training courses
  • General IT affinity and knowledge of common IT systems and tools, ideally experience with SAP
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Familiarity with internet-based learning platforms and modern training techniques
  • Good understanding of the basics of IT security in companies
