 We are continuing to grow and are looking for you to join our dedicated sales team as Team Leader Project Support - focus on major projects (m/f/x).

In your role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and developing our Project Support team. You will ensure that our customers not only receive convincing offers, but also experience smooth contract and order processing. Together with the project managers (m/f/x), you actively support them on the construction site and keep their backs free during the project.

Your Future Role

  • Responsibility for setting up, managing and continuously developing the Project
  • Support team
  • Processing customer inquiries
  • Creating and preparing offers
  • Ensuring smooth contract and order processing
  • Supporting our Project Managers (m/f/x) on the construction site during the project
  • Working closely with related departments

What Your Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business administration, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the sales environment, e.g. as project support, sales representative in internal sales (m/f/x) or in a comparable position
  • Strong communication skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Navision and SAP desirable
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40%)
