We are currently looking for a Property Manager (m/f/x) for Norimka Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG – a company within the Albers Group.

Are you familiar with tenancy agreements, service charges and the organisation of maintenance work, and would you like to apply your experience in a varied role? With us, you’ll handle everything that makes property management come to life – from tenant enquiries to liaising with external partners. It’s the perfect role if you’re organised, service-minded and solution-oriented.

Your Future Role

  • Providing support to tenants and handling enquiries and requests
  • Managing tenancy agreements, notices of termination and tenant changes
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair work
  • Preparing utility bills and monitoring operating costs
  • Liaising with property management companies, insurance providers, service providers and public authorities

What You Bring to the Team

  • Completed commercial or property-related training, e.g. as a property agent, industrial clerk, office management assistant (m/f/x) or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in property management or facility management would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of tenancy and commercial contract law, as well as the Operating Costs Ordinance
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
