Project Assistant in Sales (m/f/x)

Our family-run company based in Haren (Ems), Germany, is growing at a fast pace and we are actively looking for qualified and dedicated team players to join us locally, internationally and beyond.


To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an Internal Sales Representative (m/f/x) at our location in Moosburg. In this versatile role, you will process incoming customer inquiries, prepare sales projects and work closely with our specialist departments. Together, we take customer support to the next level.

Your Future Role

  • Support for the account managers (m/f/x)
  • Contact person for new and existing customers as well as for our sales representatives
  • Processing customer inquiries 
  • Preparation of sales projects
  • Preparation of quotations and orders in collaboration with the specialist departments

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial training in industry, office management, wholesale and foreign trade or similar qualifications
  • Professional experience in internal sales, customer sercie (m/f/x) or similar qualifications 
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV desirable
