As Team Lead Sales Process & Systems (m/f/x), you will actively shape the future of our sales-related processes and the underlying IT system landscape. You will combine operational excellence with technical understanding and lead an interdisciplinary team that acts as a central interface between sales, IT and other specialist departments.

Your Future Role

  • Management and further development of the Sales Process and Systems team as a central interface between sales, IT and other departments
  • Analysis of sales-related processes to identify potential for optimization and automation
  • Conception, implementation and support of process changes including structured rollout management
  • Support and continuous further development of ERP systems (e.g. Navision & SAP) and ensuring optimal system support for efficient sales and support processes
  • Technical and conceptual support for system adaptations as well as planning and implementation of training courses and user support
  • Advising cross-divisional teams on best practices and actively contributing to company-wide knowledge transfer

What Your Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales, IT, sales management, e.g. as a process manager (m/f/x), sales analyst (m/f/x) or in a comparable position
  • Ideally initial management experience in an IT or sales environment
  • Sound experience in dealing with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV, especially in the context of adapting and optimizing sales processes
  • Very good knowledge of Navision, SAP and Salesforce or comparable systems
  • Technical understanding of ERP integration in operational processes and the ability to identify and implement improvements in the system
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
