Your Future Role

  • Central point of contact for apprentices, dual students, trainers (m/f/x), training coordinators and managers on all matters related to vocational training and dual study programmes
  • Professional support and guidance for commercial apprentices and dual students
  • Central planning and coordination of placements, onboarding and training processes, including coordination with vocational schools/universities and exam schedules
  • Recruitment and selection of apprentices and dual students, including interviews and selection processes in collaboration with HR and other trainers (m/f/x)
  • Conducting feedback, development and career perspective discussions, as well as supporting the resolution of topics and challenges throughout the training programme
  • Participation in fairs and events, as well as collaboration with vocational schools, universities, education providers and chambers
  • Development and implementation of training-related and general people development measures and development programmes
  • Organisation and coordination of internal and external training courses and workshops

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in HR, education, business psychology or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in apprenticeship support or people development
  • Training certificate in accordance with the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO)
  • Ideally, knowledge of the legal framework for vocational training and experience working with chambers, vocational schools or universities
  • Initial experience in designing training, development or talent programmes is an advantage
  • Strong communication and advisory skills
  • Structured, independent and responsible way of working
