You will bring your unique profile of qualifications, talents and desires and work closely with the online marketing, graphics, conception and web development departments. Your Future Role

  • Conducting user research to identify key needs, motivations and hurdles of the target group
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to implement conversion rate optimization measures along the customer journey
  • Responsibility for and initiation of hypothesis generation to identify optimization ideas based on ongoing analyses
  • Planning and carrying out A/B tests and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses
  • Design of landing pages, product presentations, shopping cart and check-out to increase the onsite conversion rate
  • Creation of wireframes and prototypes in coordination with product owners and graphic designers
  • Independent creation of analyses to measure the performance of the implemented optimization measures

What You Bring to the Team

  • Completed commercial training or degree in the field of
    Business administration, (business) informatics, data science, communication design, sociology, e-commerce or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in web analytics, conversion optimization, A/B testing, usability/UX/UI and consumer psychology
  • Experience with A/B testing, optimization and user research tools for a data-driven approach
  • Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax or XML
  • High analytical competence and affinity for numbers as well as conceptual strength and creativity
  • Experience in the area of accessibility according to WCAG 2.2 an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
