Your Future Role

  • Creation, optimizing and management of performance marketing campaigns in SEA, services and jobs, social ads, display advertising, marketplaces, retargeting and pretargeting
  • Budget planning, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Ensuring digital brand awareness for the corporate and employer brand
  • Collaboration with sales and online marketing teams to generate leads
  • Designing the creative in cooperation with the graphics team
  • Compliance with corporate identity and ensuring brand safety
  • Strategic and operational support for performance marketing and tracking activities

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed training or studies in the field of e-commerce, (digital) marketing or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in performance marketing disciplines
  • Very good analytical skills and knowledge of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB)
  • Experience with advertising tools, marketing analysis tools and formation of creatives
  • Trend awareness in online advertising and continuous training in performance marketing and tracking technologies
  • Results orientation, structured way of working, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
