Your Future Role

  • Reviewing and estimating complex project inquiries and client requests
  • Responsibility for the internal and external planning, estimating, and execution of large-scale international projects, with a focus on the United Kingdom
  • Regular coordination and negotiations with clients, the construction team, subcontractors, and internal departments
  • Developing and presenting customized proposals for complex large-scale projects (e.g., data centers)
  • Ensuring a smooth invoicing processss

What You Bring to the Team

  • Completed technical apprenticeship or degree in civil engineering, economics, business administration, industrial engineering, construction engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in managing independent projects, ideally in modular construction or the construction industry
  • Strong customer focus and an independent, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Experience with systems such as NAV, Salesforce, or SAP is desirable
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 60% of the year)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
