Together with our three-person legal team, you will take on a wide range of tasks and play a central role in varied projects. For example, the Legal department takes care of product compliance for the market launch of our products in various countries and ensures that all legal requirements are met. In dialogue with the accounting department, you will support compliance with legal requirements and work closely with the financial experts. You will also help our marketing team to ensure that our advertising campaigns comply with the legal provisions on fair trading. 

 

Your Future Role

  • Independent handling of general legal issues, with a particular focus on data protection and compliance
  • Supporting and advising our business divisions and subsidiaries in Germany and abroad
  • Ensuring compliance with (data protection) legal requirements
  • Drawing up sample contracts and guidelines and adapting them to current legal requirements
  • Actively and continuously advising the specialist departments on issues

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed studies in business law (LL.B. required, but LL.M. desirable) or law (1st state examination in law, but qualification as a fully qualified lawyer desirable), alternatively training as a paralegal and notary's assistant (m/f/x) with several years of professional experience
  • First professional experience preferably in the legal department of a company or a law firm specialising in commercial law is desirable
  • Interest in a wide range of legal consulting activities
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
