 Our team is expanding! We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager (m/f/x) to strengthen and expand our marketing activities. Your Future Role

  • Supporting the entry into the commercial digital sales area to increase our internal sales share via the web shop
  • Requirements manager for the web store and e-commerce processes as well as for marketing requirements
  • Accompanying and implementing the business-side end-2-end support for our strategic e-commerce growth projects
  • Developing the web architecture strategy and designing the technical infrastructure of the website
  • Supervision and optimization of core processes and connected systems
  • Stakeholder function for integration projects with the web shop
  • Identification and implementation of digital marketing potential
  • Development and operational support of growth channels such as marketplaces
  • Implementation of onsite sales measures such as up- and cross-selling activities and ensuring the corresponding technical requirements are met

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial training or degree in the field of
    E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing, Digital Management / (Business) Informatics or comparable qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of e-commerce, ideally
    in setting up a web shop
  • Confident handling of market-relevant online store systems
  • High affinity for new business models and technologies in digital commerce
    trade
  • Very good technical and professional basic understanding of technical
    and procedural processes and interrelationships of online platforms
  • Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-organization, quick comprehension, hands-on mentality and good communication skills
  • Experience in the area of accessibility according to WCAG 2.2 preferable
