Our family-run company based in Haren (Ems), Germany, is growing at a fast pace and we are actively looking for qualified and dedicated team players to join us locally, internationally and beyond.

 We are currently looking for Employees in lorry dispatch (m/f/x) for our production in Moosburg!

Your Future Role

  • Checking and booking delivery notes and freight documents
  • Processing and managing lorry tours in the ERP system
  • Organising stock transfers between the branches
  • Communication with lorry drivers
  • Coordinating with internal departments, e.g. with production or the warehouse
  • Processing tours in the time slot management system
  • Carrying out incoming and outgoing goods inspections

What you bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial training as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, forwarding and logistics clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV desirable
  • Very good knowledge of the relevant MS Office programmes
