To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a committed individual to join us as an Internal Sales Representative (m/f/x). In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for our new and existing customers and will prepare quotes and orders. With your organizational skills and strong communication abilities, you will ensure that our customers receive the best possible service at all times, thereby making a decisive contribution to the success of our sales department.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting our sales representatives (m/f/x)
  • Acting as a contact person for new and existing customers
  • Processing customer inquiries
  • Preparing quotations and orders in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Documenting and forwarding customer service orders

Your skills

  • Successfully completed commercial training as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/x) or similar qualifications
  • Professional experience in internal sales, customer service, or as a project assistant in sales (m/f/x) desirable
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or SAP desirable
