In-house Project Manager for Organizational Projects (m/f/x)

Do you want to help shape projects that really count? With your expertise in project management as an in-house project manager for organisational projects (m/f/x), your methodological skills and your know-how in IT and processes, you will become the driving force behind innovative solutions and modern process design.Together with the team, you will not only turn ideas into reality, but also set new standards - from requirements analysis to successful implementation.

Your Future Role

  • Independent management of internal, cross-divisional projects in the areas of organisation, optimisation, change and, if applicable, software
  • Planning and control of targets, budgets, schedules and resources
  • Workshops, requirements management and coordination with specialist departments and stakeholders
  • Analysis and optimisation of processes as part of transformation and digitalisation projects
  • Coordination of internal/external teams as well as external partners and service providers
  • Risk management and ensuring sustainable implementation
  • Creation of decision papers and reporting to management
  • Fostering project-oriented working methods and further development of internal PM standards

What You Bring to the Team

  • Completed studies in economics, engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in project management, ideally in an industrial/production environment
  • Confident handling of classic and agile methods (e.g. Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI)
  • Strong communication skills, solution-oriented thinking and a structured way of working
  • High level of initiative, flexibility and quick comprehension
  • Proficient in MS Office and PM tools; knowledge of ERP/PLM systems is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English skills
