We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative (m/f/x) for our subsidiary in Prag, Czech Republic. ELA Container is rapidly growing. Czech Republic, one of our newest markets, is under development and we are looking for assets that can contribute to our journey here as much as we do.

In this role, your day will look something like this

  • Supporting our field staff operating in Czech Republic with the rental of our mobile space solutions
  • Processing of administrative, operational and commercial matters as well as conceptual and thematic support
  • Contact person for new and existing customers
  • Preparation of quotations and orders in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Documentation and forwarding of customer service orders
  • Other related administrative activities

Your skill set, capabilities and previous experience

  • Secondary education and / or at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of sales as an internal sales representative, back office assistant, inside sales representative or similar
  • Resident near our location in Výpadová 1715, 153 00 Praha-Radotín
  • Fluent in Czech
  • Knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage, but not absolutely necessary
  • Knowledge of MS Office as well as an ERP system (preferably SAP) and/or CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues and work independently, in an organised and solution-oriented manner
  • High level of customer orientation as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
