Founded in 1972, ELA Container has grown into a global leader specializing in mobile room solutions using containers. With over 1,400 employees and 24 locations worldwide, our family-owned business is continuously expanding. We are now looking to strengthen our team in Temse, Belgium, one of our well established markets, as we aim to build a constructive and long-term collaboration with dedicated professionals. 

 


As an Internal Sales Representative (m/f/x), you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and maintaining robust customer relationships in the modular construction industry. You will be the backbone of customer engagement and the bridge to our outside sales efforts, ensuring seamless service and tailored solutions that meet our clients’ diverse needs.

Your Future Role

  • Interact with customers via phone and email, fully understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand our customer base
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to support their initiatives and ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing inquiries, and providing ongoing support
  • Handle various administrative tasks and communicate effectively with the head office in Germany

What You Bring to the Team

  • Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in the modular construction or related industry
  • Strong verbal and written skills in Dutch, French, and English. Basic knowledge of German is an asset
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to effectively understand and address customer needs
  • Familiarity with technical information and an ERP system, particularly Navision, is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work together with both field sales representatives and other internal teams
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a high level of initiative
