The ‘DINER 72’ is our company restaurant on the premises of ELA Container GmbH in Haren and consists of 36 innovatively designed containers. Here we offer our employees fresh, regional and varied dishes every day.

As a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d), you will be part of our experienced team, including chefs with Michelin-starred kitchen experience. With our regular working hours (Mon. - Thu. 06:30 - 15:30 o´clock ; Fri until 13:00 o´clock) you still have time to pursue your hobbies after work and at the weekend.

Your Future Role

  • Preparation of varied lunch menus using regional and fresh ingredients
    Participation in event catering, including finger food, flying desserts and barbecue events
  • Occasionally offering fine dining with multi-course menus at the level of Michelin-starred cuisine
  • Production of sauces & soups (according to recipe)
  • Production of dressings & personal responsibility for the salad buffet
  • Compliance with and working under the given HACCP standards
  • Optimal preparation of ingredients & control of goods delivery 

What You Bring to the Team

  • Completed training as a chef (m/f/x)
  • Passion for the art of cookery
  • Knowledge in the application of hygiene regulations
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Sense of responsibility
