We are currently looking to strengthen our production team at Weimar GmbH, a company of the ELA Group, specialising in the construction of doors and windows in modular building.

Your Future Role

Final Window Assembly: You'll work in 2-person teams, handling fittings and sun protection systems – purely manual work, without the stress of construction sites.
Machine Operation: You'll be working with cutting systems, CNC milling machines, welding and plastering machines for PVC plastic profiles. Have you operated machines before? Perfect, you'll pick it up here in no time!
Glazing Tasks: That's also part of the job with us.

What You Bring to the Team

Initial work experience in production or craftsmanship is desirable.
A completed vocational qualification in a craft trade is an advantage, but not a strict requirement.
Manual dexterity and a willingness to take on new challenges.
An independent, dedicated, and responsible approach to work.

The Weimar GmbH

The company, founded in 1948 by the master shutter and blind builder Heinrich Weimar, is the specialist for windows and doors in the container industry throughout Europe. ELA Container has been purchasing Weimar products since the 1990s, initially via intermediaries. Since 2003, Weimar GmbH has been producing both windows and window accessories such as external venetian blinds directly for ELA. In the early 2000s, the development of the top-selling product, the interchangeable frame element, began. Since January 2021, Weimar GmbH has been part of the ELA Container Group, but continues to trade under the name Weimar GmbH.
