As a sales-driven company, we are looking for you as a Sales Analyst (m/f/x) to drive our growth, analyze sales units, identify strengths and weaknesses and develop targeted strategies.

Your Future Role

  • Recording, evaluating and analyzing internal KPIs to assess sales performance and creating reports and presentations
  • Identifying and implementing efficiency and growth improvements based on key figures
  • Analyzing market trends, competitive activities and customer needs to support strategic decisions
  • Ensuring a reliable database for sales management
  • Supporting the implementation of sales strategies in close coordination with internal teams
  • Preparation of well-founded decision-making bases for the optimization of sales processes

What Your Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk or office management clerk (m/f/x)) or completed studies in business administration or similar qualifications
  • First professional experience as Data Analyst, Sales Development Manager, Business Analyst (m/f/x) or in similar areas desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Knowledge of analysis tools such as Power BI desirable
  • Structured and independent way of working as well as analytical skills
