Your Future Role

  • Supporting and advising our customers in internal sales
  • Preparation of quotations, order processing and fulfilment
  • Communication and negotiation with suppliers
  • Maintaining master data and managing orders
  • Co-operation with internal departments such as technology, accounting etc. to ensure smooth processes

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an office management assistant, industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/x) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in a commercial role such as in internal sales or purchasing is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or SAP desirable
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Confident handling of MS Office such as Word, Excel
