Whether it's preparing quotations, contacting customers by phone or coordinating with other departments - you can expect a wide variety of tasks with a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Your Future Role

  • Supporting and advising our national customers and processing customer orders and inquiries
  • Preparation of quotations and orders in collaboration with the specialist departments
  • Working closely with our sales representatives
  • Documentation and forwarding of customer service orders
  • Administrative activities such as maintaining customer data in the CRM system

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial training as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/x) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in internal sales, customer service or as a internal sales (m/f/x) desirable
  • Customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or SAP desirable
