We are currently looking for a Teamlead Process Management (m/f/x).

Your Future Role

  • Development and management of the process management team for the entire ELA Group
  • Product & process owner of process management incl. associated tools
    Development of a process mining landscape
  • Definition and introduction of standards for recording and controlling processes
  • Recording, optimisation and introduction of processes and structures
  • Analysing processes, identifying weaknesses and creating target processes in coordination with the specialist departments
  • Interface management (taking into account and harmonising processes from different departments)

What You Bring to the Team

  • Ideally a degree in (business) informatics, engineering or business administration
    Relevant professional experience in the field of process management or comparable qualifications
  • Knowledge of process modelling software and process mining (Signavio, Celonis, ...)
  • Initial experience in classic or agile project management
  • Methodological competence, good analytical skills and a process-orientated mindset
  • Flexibility, commitment and interest in familiarising yourself with new topics
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Very good knowledge of the relevant MS Office programmes
