You are at the beginning of your professional life with your knowledge, talents and wishes. At ELA, you will receive varied apprenticeship in which it is important to us that you get to know different areas, because we want to develop you and your strengths. Are you interested? Your apprenticeship at ELA

Our IT team consists of about 50 employees. You will work on IT tasks and projects together with your colleagues. During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will get to know various areas of IT, such as IT helpdesk, IT software development or IT application management.

IT specialists specialising in application development develop and programme customer-specific software applications. You create new individual software or test existing applications, adapt them and develop application-oriented user interfaces. You use programming languages and tools such as developer tools for your work. You also take on tasks in project planning and control. In addition, you troubleshoot with the help of expert and diagnostic systems.

What You Bring to the Team

Secondary school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification
Good performance in mathematics, German and English
Good PC skills and interest in new information technologies
Interest in and understanding of (IT) technical and business processes and interrelationships
Ability to communicate and work in a team
Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English

How you can apply

If you apply for an apprenticeship with us, you will receive feedback from us by e-mail in the month of your application, at the latest within four weeks. This will inform you whether we will invite you to an initial personal meeting.
These meetings usually take the form of group discussions at our head office in Haren (Ems). There you will also receive more detailed information about training at ELA.
