Do you like to be at the helm yourself? Then take over the project management for offshore projects with us - from the initial idea to commissioning. Coordinate international teams, keep an eye on the budget, schedule and quality and bring challenging projects safely to their destination.

Your Future Role

  • Responsible for the planning, management and implementation of projects from initiation to completion
  • Definition and monitoring of project goals, budgets, schedules and quality requirements
  • Coordination of all project participants from concept development to commissioning
  • Management and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams and external partners
  • Determination of product requirements based on customer requirements and standards
  • Risk management and development of countermeasures
  • Communication with customers, authorities, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Support in the bidding process as well as in technical and commercial project issues

What You bring to the Team

  • Degree in engineering, economics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally in accordance with common PM standards
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, confident in dealing with intercultural teams
  • Confident in using project management tools (e.g. Projectworx) Projectworx)
  • Several years of professional experience in the offshore sector, ideally with a focus on wind energy or maritime infrastructure desirable
  • Experience in coordinating international project teams and in working with certification bodies and authorities desirable
  • Sound knowledge of relevant norms and safety standards in the offshore environment (e.g. DNV, IMO, BSH) an advantage
