At ELA, you will receive varied apprenticeship in which it is important to us that you get to know different areas, because we want to develop you and your strengths. Are you interested? Your apprenticeship at ELA

Our IT team consists of about 50 employees. You will work on IT tasks and projects together with your colleagues. During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will get to know various areas of IT, such as IT helpdesk, IT data management or IT application management.

Are data and numbers your profession? During your training, you will learn how to logically prepare and process data in order to simplify work processes in the company in the future. You will work very closely with the controlling and process management departments.

 

What you should bring with you

  • Secondary school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification
  • Good performance in mathematics, German and English
  • Very good PC skills and interest in new information technologies
  • Interest in and understanding of (IT) technical and business processes and interrelationships
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English

How You can apply

Information on the application process

  • If you apply for an apprenticeship or dual study programme with us, you will receive feedback from us by email in the month of your application, at the latest within four weeks. This will inform you whether we will invite you to an initial personal meeting.
  • This meeting usually takes the form of a one-to-one interview at our head office in Haren (Ems). You will also receive more detailed information about training at ELA.
