 As a Operations Manager (m/f/x), you will take the helm at our production site in Frankenberg. You will develop new strategies, manage production and logistics processes and utilise lean management methods to continuously increase efficiency and quality. You are not only a manager, but also a motivator for your team. With your eye for the big picture, you will take responsibility for budgets, optimise costs and ensure smooth cooperation both internally and externally. Are you ready to set standards with us? Your Future Role

  • Development and implementation of strategies to further develop the site and achieve the company's goals
  • Responsibility for the entire production and logistics process at the site, including planning, control and continuous improvement
  • KPI-based management of production and logistics processes to increase efficiency and quality as well as monitoring all production-relevant key figures
  • Budget and cost centre responsibility as well as active cost optimisition
    Further development and implementation of lean management methods for continuous process optimisation
  • Management, motivation and development of the site team
  • Ensuring cooperation with neighbouring areas such as Central Order
  • Management and Facility Management as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with external service providers and authorities
  • Regular reporting to the management and coordination with other locations

What You Bring to the Team

  • Completed business or technical studies (e.g. industrial engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering), a completed technician/master's degree or a comparable qualification with a clear focus on a manufacturing environment
  • Several years of experience in a leading position in production or operational management, ideally in a medium-sized or industrial company
  • Proven success in managing and optimising production processes and in leading and developing teams
  • Sound knowledge of lean management methods and practical experience in process optimisation
  • Confident handling of financial key figures and KPIs as well as strong analytical skills
  • Confident handling of common management tools and ERP systems (e.g. NAV, SAP)
  • Hands-on mentality and a high level of problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel
