Your Future Role

  • Creation and review of delivery notes and invoices, coordination of logistics, and tracking of shipments
  • Preparation and execution of ordering processes, including the review of incoming order confirmations and delivery notes
  • General office duties
  • Vacation coverage: Support with HR tasks, such as preparing payroll and managing employee data
  • Vacation coverage: Preliminary accounting tasks, including reviewing and processing incoming invoices as well as pre-accounting of documents

What You Bring to the Team

  • Solid commercial knowledge, acquired through completed training as an Office Communication Clerk (m/f/x), Office Management Specialist, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Specialist, or Industrial Clerk (m/f/x)
  • High social competence and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Proficient use of common office software applications, especially MS Office
  • Initiative and willingness to take responsibility, continuously learn, and proactively engage in company activities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements in a dynamic work environment
