As we have restructured our accounting department, we are looking for a team leader to support our 6-person financial accounting department (which looks after the entire ELA Group). You‘re a person with your individual profile, qualifications, talents and wishes. Your Future Role

  • Management, coordination and further development of the business accounting team within the accounting department
  • Identification of optimisation potential and development of corresponding measures
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the ELA Group
  • Support with internal and external audits and tax matters
  • Close cooperation and coordination with the other teams within Accounting and other specialist departments at ELA

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial training with further training as an accountant, business economist (m/f/x)
  • Alternatively, a degree in economics with a focus on finance/accounting
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting and finance
  • Advanced knowledge of sales tax law
  • Initial experience in managing a team desirable
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or SAP desirable
