Ensure that our production never stops – as a Material Planner (m/f/x) at ELA. You will be the central point of contact when it comes to the reliable supply of raw materials, consumables, and supplies. With your overview of requirements, stocks, and delivery dates, you will ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

Your Future Role

  • Identifying and prioritising material requirements based on orders and planning
  • Carrying out and evaluating material requirements planning, as well as deriving measures, initiating and processing purchase requisitions and stock transfers for raw materials, consumables and other defined direct materials
  • Monitoring of stock levels and MRP parameters to ensure availability whilst optimising stock levels
  • Identification of bottlenecks and coordination of priorities to ensure production
  • Collaboration with Production, Order Planning, Logistics and Central Purchasing
  • Maintenance of MRP master data and optimisation of processes for a smooth material flow

What You Bring to the Team

  • Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., industrial clerk or logistics specialist) (m/f/x)
  • Professional experience in scheduling or purchasing, ideally in a production environment
  • Confident use of ERP systems (especially SAP) and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Technical understanding of materials and production processes
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and negotiation skills
