Become the key to well-founded decisions as a Financial Controller (m/f/x)!
Create precise forecasts, support reporting and be the central point of contact for project evaluations and analyses. With your ad-hoc analyses and the further development of our cost accounting, you will make a significant contribution to the success of the ELA Group.

Your Future Role

  • Forecasts and planning: Future architect for the ELA Group
  • Contact person for business units: Go-to person for project analyses and presentation of results
  • Monthly reporting: Ensuring transparency and traceability
  • Ad hoc analyses and evaluations: Lightning-fast analyses for specialist departments and management
  • Further development of cost accounting: Innovation driver for our cost accounting systems
  • Controlling projects: Bringing a breath of fresh air to strategic and operational projects (e.g. SAP project)

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, preferably with a specialisation in controlling / finance or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in financial controlling or accounting is an advantage
  • Confident handling of new technologies and tools and a good understanding of SAP (or willingness to familiarise yourself with it)
  • Passion for numbers and the ability to translate them into meaningful analyses
  • Team spirit and at the same time the ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at eye level
  • Very good knowledge of German and business fluent in English
