Our team is expanding and we are looking for you! As a Web Designer - UX/UI (m/f/x) you have the chance to revolutionize the user experience on the Corporate ELA Container websites. Your expertise in functionality, accessibility and responsive design will be instrumental in creating an optimal and impressive user experience. Your Future Role

  • Conceptualization and design of grids and layouts
  • Country-specific development and design of sophisticated UX/UI concepts and designs, considering  the corporate identity for the national and international web presence
  • Close cooperation with our specialists in UX design, online marketing, e-commerce, web development and graphics
  • Setting up A/B tests and multivariate tests on our website and in the future also in the web store
  • Development and design of click dummies and prototypes for the new and further development of UX/UI, customer journey and conversion rate
  • Constant development and updates of the web CI manual

What You Bring to the Team

  • Completed training in the field of digital & print media design, IT specialist for application development, studies in interaction design, communication design or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a web designer UX/UI
  • Frontend development skills, in particular HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, React, GIT and SASS/LESS/SCSS
  • Extensive knowledge of current e-commerce and design trends
  • A flair and passion for aesthetics, design and user behavior
  • Having fun at working in an interdisciplinary team
  • Experience in the area of accessibility according to WCAG 2.2 is an advantage
  • Confident knowledge in German and English both spoken and written
