Therefore, we are currently looking for a Business Application Manager (m/f/x) for our head office in Haren (Ems) to further develop and expand our IT department and our team IT Application Management. You are a person with your own personal profile of qualifications, talents and desires. And we are not a company like any other. Your Future Role

  • Documenting, analysing and solving support requests in 1st and 2nd level support for various company applications (CRM / DMS / other business applications)
  • Active involvement in knowledge management and solution management in our company's own knowledge database
  • Close cooperation with the respective application product owners in order to solve recurring support activities in a sustainable manner

  • Supporting colleagues from all divisions and clients, both nationally and internationally 

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial training as an IT specialist (m/f/x), industrial clerk (m/f/x), completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in IT support as an IT specialist or IT business application manager desirable
  • Professional experience in dealing with one or more business applications (CRM/DMS/other business applications)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team player and effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English
