Our company in Switzerland is growing, and we are looking for motivated support in Inside Sales at Hasenmoosstrasse 58 in 6023 Rothenburg, Switzerland, to take our customer service and collaboration with the sales team to the next level. In this role, you will ensure smooth communication between sales, the warehouse, and customers, making sure that orders are processed efficiently and customer-focused. Your Future Role

  • Supporting our sales staff in Switzerland with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Creating and processing quotes and orders, as well as providing customer support and advice to ensure seamless communication between the sales office and customers
  • Coordinating and managing administrative, operational, and commercial matters with a focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Acting as the main point of contact for new and existing customers, delivering exceptional service and support
  • Preparing and managing rental contracts and overseeing order processing until the final handover to the customer
  • Internally coordinating rental contracts within the company to ensure efficient workflow
  • Managing the issuance of items from stock to our partner Prémont (assembly and customer service)
  • Handling inbound and outbound bookings related to customer services
  • Scheduling appointments and managing written correspondence related to customer services to ensure an optimal service experience

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial training as an Industrial Clerk, Office Management Specialist, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Specialist, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in inside sales, customer service, or as a sales administrator, ideally in an international environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV, SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems is preferred
  • High attention to detail and strong data entry skills to ensure accurate and efficient work results
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Experience in warehouse management and logistics processes is a plus
  • Team player with strong communication skills, enabling successful collaboration with internal and external partners
