We continue to grow and are looking for a project assistant in sales - focus on major projects (m/f/x) for our sales team, who supports our project managers (m/f/x) with organizational talent and commitment. In this role, you will be the central interface for customers, coordinate inquiries and tenders, support sales projects and ensure smooth processes. You bring your own strengths, qualifications and wishes to the table - and that's exactly what we value! And we are not like any other company. Your Future Role

  • Support our project managers (m/f/x)
  • Contact person for customers
  • Processing customer inquiries and tenders
  • Preparation of sales projects
  • Preparation of offers and orders in cooperation with specialist departments such as purchasing and production

What Your Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial training in industry, office management, wholesale and foreign trade or similar qualifications
  • Professional experience in internal sales, customer sercie or as a sales manager desirable
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV desirable
