Are you passionate about taking on responsibility, managing tenders independently, and working with various departments to find the best solutions? Then we have a varied role as a Buyer (m/f/x) in indirect procurement waiting for you. In this position, you will not only be responsible for tenders for subcontractor services (e.g., internal services, maintenance, waste management) and identifying potential savings, but you will also independently conduct negotiations in a national and international environment and actively participate in the further development of our product group strategies.

Your Future Role

  • Conducting and organizing tenders for indirect product groups, in particular for subcontractor services
  • Supporting the development and implementation of product group strategies and the optimization of processes
  • Conducting research and preparing the results for presentation
  • Identifying cost-saving potential for assigned product groups and independently conducting negotiations in a national and international environment
  • Coordination with related interfaces such as production, facility management, or sales
  • Participation in a variety of project tasks

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/x), office clerk (m/f/x), or a degree in (technical) business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally also in the procurement of subcontractor services
  • Excellent skills in the use of common MS Office applications, especially in excel
  • Goal-oriented approach to work and strong cost awareness
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
