In the newly created position of Architect (m/f/x), you will develop sophisticated concepts for modular space solutions and accompany projects from the initial idea through to realisation. The focus is on sustainability, functionality and building law safety - just like your creative freedom

Your Future Role

  • Development of innovative architectural concepts taking into account building law, fire protection and sustainability
  • Preparation of plans in CAD/BIM (design, approval, execution)
  • Coordination with specialist planners (e.g. structural engineering, fire protection, technical building services) and coordination of approval-relevant documents
  • Support with building application procedures, especially for large-scale projects
  • Participation in the further development of modular type solutions and our modular system
  • Support with feasibility studies and strategic site and project development

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed Master's degree in architecture at a university of applied sciences or university
  • Ideally experience in modular construction or room cell construction
    Confident handling of CAD (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Knowledge of building regulations and approval procedures
  • Structured, independent way of working with team spirit
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Creativity paired with technical understanding and strong communication skills
