Are you eager to take on responsibility and actively shape the Facility Management function? As Head of Facility Management (m/f/x), you will be part of our management team and work closely with the executive board. You will coordinate the entire area – from facility management to construction and investment projects – and, together with your team and the ELA organization, drive our growth forward.

Your Future Role

  • Strategic leadership and further development of Facility Management
  • Disciplinary and functional leadership of the Facility Management team as well as construction and investment projects
  • Responsibility for budget management in Facility Management, including construction and investment projects, covering financial planning, resource allocation and cost control
  • Strategic planning and coordination of construction and investment projects
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers and service providers
  • Strategic ensuring of maintenance and efficiency of all buildings and facilities in compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, including risk analysis and implementation of effective risk management
  • Introduction of new technologies and processes to optimize operations and increase efficiency in Facility Management

What You Bring to the Team

  • Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a leadership role, ideally with experience in both Facility Management and construction and investment project management
  • Proven ability to lead and develop interdisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in construction and investment projects, including a strong understanding of industry processes, methods and regulations
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in construction and Facility Management
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting and cost management
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • High willingness to travel nationally and internationally
