Do you have a talent for organisation and like to keep track of production processes? Then you've come to the right place as a Production Coordinator (m/f/x)! Together with our station manager, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly, monitor processes and liaise closely with other production areas.

Your Future Role

  • Planning and organising a smooth production process in coordination with the other production areas
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the production processes and availability of the auxiliary materials used
  • Supporting the station manager in recording and documenting additional work
  • Continuous coordination with the other stations within production
  • Supporting personnel planning and carrying out employee training

What you bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed training in a skilled trade, e.g. carpenter, industrial mechanic, fitter (m/f/x) etc., supplemented by a master craftsman, technician or comparable qualification
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams, preferably in a production environment
  • Good communication skills and a transparent way of working
  • Commitment, ability to work in a team and flexibility
    Experience with ERP systems is an advantage, e.g. MS Dynamics Navision, SAP
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office programmes
