To strengthen our team at our Haren (Ems) location, we are looking for a committed legal specialist who will support our departments in legal matters and work with us to develop pragmatic, legally compliant solutions.

Your Future Role

  • Management of internal and external legal advisors
  • Legal advice to management, our business divisions and subsidiaries in Germany and abroad
  • Development and implementation of legal strategies in line with business interests
  • Drafting, reviewing and further developing contracts, agreements and guidelines
  • Representing the company in legal disputes and managing external representation
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and their implementation

What You Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed degree in commercial law (LL.M.) or law (2nd state examination in law)
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the legal department of a company or a commercial law firm as a commercial lawyer or fully qualified lawyer (m/f/x), with international experience desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of civil law, corporate law, contract law and compliance
  • Deep understanding of business processes and motivation to optimise them
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
