As a part-time Sales Assistant (m/f/x), you will ensure that tenders are recorded professionally, inquiries are coordinated smoothly and all important documents are managed in a structured manner. Your Future Role

  • Recording and processing tenders on various portals, especially in the project business
  • Coordination of tender requests to the responsible specialist departments
  • Document management, e.g. structured filing and uploading of service specifications 
  • Monitoring submission deadlines and ensuring that documents are submitted on time
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative activities.

What Your Bring to the Team

  • Successfully completed commercial training as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/x) or similar qualifications
  • Initial professional experience in internal sales, customer service or as a project assistant desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Experience with Jira and tendering platforms desirable
  • Good written and spoken English skills
