HR Business Partner (m/f/x)

Our family-run company based in Haren (Ems), Germany, is growing at a fast pace and we are actively looking for qualified and dedicated team players to join us locally, internationally and beyond.


In order to continue to grow in the future, we are now looking for another HR Business Partner (m/f/x) who is interested in current HR trends beyond the role of Business Partner and enjoys working on various projects to digitise and increase the efficiency of HR processes.

Your Future Role

  • Responsibility for the smooth running of all operational HR processes for defined clients/units/departments
  • Contact person for employees and managers of the assigned clients/units/departments in all HR-related issues
  • Close coordination with specialists from the individual HR disciplines
  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process: selection, interviews and contract negotiations including prior needs assessment and profiling
  • Initiation of measures to continuously improve employee satisfaction
  • Preparation of individual development plans
  • Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments and letters of amendment
  • Collaboration in HR projects from the conception to the implementation of HR strategies (e.g. digitalisation projects, employer branding, process optimisation)
  • Preparation of strategic decision papers for HR management

What You Bring to the Team

  • Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on human resources management
  • Initial professional experience as a recruiter, HR manager, HR business partner or in HR desirable
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving skills in all HR-related issues
  • Experience with Onlyfy, XING Talentmanager and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage
  • Fluent German and good English skills, as we also want to be a competent contact for our English-speaking employees & applicants
  • Confident handling of MS Office programmes
